Capital Insight offers clients access to entrepreneurially minded leaders in a variety of financial and business disciplines through its executive team and members of its advisory board.

The new Capital Insight Partners board members are:

Thomas Romano, a managing director of McConnell, Budd & Romano, Inc, an investment banking and consulting firm specializing in the financial services industry based in Parsippany, NJ. He has over 30 years of investment, financial analysis and management experience. After many years with investment banker Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Romano and several associates founded MB&R in 1992. Romano graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a B.A. in Accounting.

Adam Strauss, a Chartered Financial Analyst and co-portfolio manager of The Appleseed Fund, a socially responsible mutual fund that was ranked in 2008 as the top performing mid-cap value and socially responsible fund by Lipper. Strauss is a partner at Pekin Singer Strauss Asset Management, a $500 million asset manager based in Chicago. He earned a BA from Stanford University in 1991 and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1997.
