Capital Insight Partners (CIP) (www.cap-insight.com) is proud to announce the addition of two veterans of investor relations and media relations to its Board of Advisors.

Seth Frank and Ezra Marbach have been added to the CIP Board, bringing a wealth of expertise in all manner of finance and investment communication to an already talented team.

“These are two proven leaders in the investment industry with a track record of success,’’ said Jacob Eisen, CIP President. “Both have been driving awareness of the need for public companies to communicate in a transparent manner through every channel possible with investors and potential investors.’’

Frank is a financial industry executive with 14 years experience in sell-side securities research, equity capital markets and investor relations.

He had been Director of Investor Relations and Finance at Kanbay International, a global information technology services firm, and was a Vice President with A.G. Edwards in St. Louis and worked as Manager of Institutional Equity Sales, where he ran the firm’s day-to-day institutional investor marketing effort.

Marbach is an entrepreneur and investor and was among of the developers of SeekingAlpha, the destination site for Internet-based equity research. He led the effort to educate public companies on the power of financial blogs and developed innovative strategies to communicate with targeted institutional investors online.

Previously, Marbach worked for a venture capital firm in China, ran business development for Internet-based venture capital firm UniversityAngels.com, and was an analyst at a New York-based boutique investment bank.
