With more than 30 years' experience as an organizational consultant and sales management executive, Charles Weinles has a strong perspective on effective sales outreach and business strategy. His diverse experience includes consulting and launching new products and services, including new Internet-based financial data services while an Executive Vice President at Zacks Investment Research and numerous business-to-business services during a distinguished 20 year career with Xerox Corporation. He has developed new business marketing and sales for executive compensation and non-qualified retirement plans. He has served as Vice President at Clark Consulting, General Manager at Gevity, and Vice President of Client Services at Right Management Consultants.
Chuck holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Between 2001 and 2006 he served on the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Compensation Committee for Chicago-based New Century Bank, a fast growing small business focused bank.
