Jacob Eisen, Managing Director
Jacob Eisen is an experienced innovator in the investment industry.  Early in his career he founded an online investment newsletter service that focused on undervalued public companies. He served as vice president of a 26-year old aftermarket support provider to publicly traded companies, with a focus on community banks.

Eisen was also a partner at one of the largest operators of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) based in the Midwest.  He managed much of the company's operations and business development efforts and built a large network of product distributors and processing partners in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.  Additionally, he negotiated long-term business relationships with publicly traded community banks with over $5 billion of assets.

Eisen has a B.A. from DePaul University in Chicago. He is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), and holds NASD Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. He is an Eagle Scout and Lifetime Member of the National Eagle Scout Association. 

Tad Gage, Executive Vice President
Tad Gage brings to clients more than 25 years of experience in investor outreach, financial and crisis communications, and management consulting, and investor relations. Before entering the investor relations field, Gage was a financial journalist and columnist for publications like The New York Times, Cashflow Magazine and Advertising Age.

Gage has managed hundreds of client relationships, serving as primary counselor and advisor, as well as the clients' link to appropriate contacts throughout the investing community, including portfolio and hedge fund managers, buy-side and sell-side analysts, venture and private equity firms, stock brokers, investment advisors and influential high net worth individuals. He has worked with many clients to help identify hidden value and communicate their most important financial value drivers, with messages tailored to specific active investor styles - value, earnings growth, dividend and reinvestment and more.

His experience including several years as manager of financial communications for Santa Fe Pacific Corporation and later Santa Fe Railway, handling shareholder relations, and business and financial media outreach. He was a senior vice president and consultant with the Financial Relations Board (at the time, the world's largest financial communications firm) and The Investor Relations Company. He served for numerous years as senior contributing editor and corporate financing columnist for Corporate Cashflow magazine, an international publication for corporate treasury managers. He received his BS and MS from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.

Eliot Stark, Managing Director

Eliot Stark brings more than 30 years of commercial banking experience to Capital Insight. He is a former executive of finance and planning for Comerica, a multi-billion dollar national commercial bank and has conducted over 50 merger and acquisition transactions in numerous states. Most recently, Stark joined a small team and acquired a distressed bank in Michigan. He went on to serve as managing director, vice chairman, and CFO while overseeing substantial growth and building the institution into a profitable $500 million asset franchise.

Previously, Stark was SVP-planning and EVP-finance for Compuware Corporation, overseeing a professional staff of more than 300, revitalizing of internal financial functions and introducing flexible information systems, M&A (including 12 acquisitions), corporate development, marketing and employee recruitment, business and financial planning, information systems and financial reporting. Before joining Compuware, in a 20-year career with Comerica Incorporated, Stark served as SVP - information technology services, SVP - real estate development and management, First VP - Corporate Development, and Financial Officer. He holds an MBA in Finance from University of Detroit and a BS in Business from Wayne State University. He's a member of the Endowment Committee at the Detroit Institute of Arts and the Investment Oversight Committee of the Detroit Investment Fund.

Mark L. Rosenberg, General Counsel
Mark Rosenberg brings more than 30 years of business and legal experience. He specializes in corporate law, taxation, securities and litigation. He received his law degree from Harvard University and his L.L.M from Georgetown University in taxation law. Mark graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A., high distinction.

Prior to entering private practice Mark served as Deputy Assistant General Counsel for Legislation at the Federal Trade Commission, as Counsel for the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations on Energy and Commerce at U.S. House of Representatives, and as Senior Attorney at the Bureau of Competition (Energy Section) for the Federal Trade Commission.

Rosenberg is a member of the Bar in the District of Columbia and Maryland, and has held numerous positions on Bar Association councils.
