    • Single and Multi-tenant

    • All markets with strong demographics

    • High traffic counts

    • Credit tenants (with anchor being a national retailer)

    • No min or Max deal size

  • Hospitality

    • Minimum 40+ rooms

    • Preferably Southern California

    • No min or Max deal size

    • Economy – Full Service

    • Independent or Branded

    • Encumbered or Unencumbered

  • Land

    • All land – high barrier to entry

    • Dense markets

    • Contaminated or Uncontaminated
